Order Delays and Cancellations by Merchant

In cases where an order does not arrive in the warehouse within the expected timeframe due to unavailability, cancellation by the seller, or merchant-related issues, Agent Noona is not responsible for the cancellation. If such a situation arises, customers are required to reach out to our team so that we can investigate the case. While merchants may notify us about cancellations, due to the high volume of orders, we may not be aware of cancellations in real-time. Therefore, it is important for customers to contact us directly if there are any delays on the merchant's end.

Refund Process for Cancellations

For orders that have been cancelled by the seller or merchant, refunds may take up to 7 days. We can only process your refund once we have received the refund from the merchant. Refunds will be issued as Agent Noona Wallet credits in Korean Won currency. If you wish to receive the refund through Wise, this will also be processed in Korean Won currency. Please contact our team via chat if you would like to proceed with a refund via Wise.

Refund Eligibility for Cancellations

In the event that an order is cancelled by the seller or merchant, you are eligible for a refund of the full total cost and/or delivery fees, excluding our Buy For Me (BFM) handling fee.

BFM Order Notifications and Address Format:

Starting February 20, 2025, we will notify customers when their BFM orders arrive at our warehouse. However, if the seller/merchant fails to follow the correct address format, including your suite number, your BFM order will not be labeled as "BFM" in your suite page. This may cause confusion as you will not receive a notification. In such cases, we will not be liable for any lack of notification.
