📸 Important Free Photo Service Update 📸  

Dear valued members,  

We hope this message finds you well. We want to inform you about some changes to our consolidation service with free item photos.   

In the past, we've been delighted to photograph all POBs particularly photocards regardless of quantity for free. However, as our team continuously strives to provide the best service possible, we've encountered challenges in efficiently arranging numerous POBs within a single frame, especially for packages with more than 10 photocards.  

To ensure that we maintain our commitment to quality and efficiency, we've made the decision that packages with more than 10 POBs like photocards/postcards/prints will no longer be photographed (flat-laid) alongside other items they came with.  However, we will still take photos and meticulously count the quantities of all major contents (excluding items inside sealed pouches/inner boxes/plastics).  

If you desire to view every detail of your package, we recommend using an optional Extra Photo Service. This service allows for individual photographs of each item in your package, ensuring quality flat-laid images.
