Refund Policy

Overview

 

We have a seven-day return policy, which means you only have seven (7) days after receiving your item to request a return and exchange to the store you purchased our items from including Agent Noona's shop.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: sealed, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. A clear and unedited unboxing video must be sent to our email for us to provide assistance.

To start a request, you can contact us at agentnoona.korea@gmail.com. When accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package.

We will not be accepting returns when:

  • Items are sent back to us without first requesting a return via email.

  • Items are unsealed, worn or used, without tags or labels, and are not in its original packaging.

Damages and Issues


Upon receiving your order, please film an unboxing video. The start of the video should include the removal of the pouch, foam sheets, bubble wrap, or box which is the usual first and outer layer of the packaging.

When done, please inspect your item upon unboxing it. Email us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right. 

If the damages are visible, please do not unseal the item. Otherwise, the return request will not be accommodated.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Incomplete inclusions and damages inside the product are considered as MANUFACTURING DEFECTS to which Agent Noona no longer liable, as it ships all items sealed.

Agent Noona has the right to deny returns if the product is deemed to be depreciated due to any trace of product usage, removal of label or tags, unsealing or disposal of product box or wrapping.

 

Exchanges
Customers must shoulder the shipping fee from them to the business; while shipment of the replacement is charged to Agent Noona. 

Customers may choose their own courier, based on the price and convenience. However, they have the responsibility to pack the item correctly to avoid further damages. If this occurs, the replacement request can be rejected upon Agent Noona receiving it.

 

Refunds (for pre-order only)
Agent Noona does not issue refunds, unless it does not have any replacement with the damaged item.
