UPDATE ON INCOMING ORDER FORM & NOTIFICATION MESSAGE

Dear valued customers,  

We would like to inform you of a recent update regarding our services. Effective immediately, we have made the decision to suspend the submission of the incoming order form.  

We will now automatically proceed with the consolidation process for your packages without submitting the form.   

Also please note that we will no longer send individual notifications whenever you have new consolidated package(s) our warehouse due to the fact that customers are being notified by Korean merchants or individual sellers when their packages have been delivered.   

Typically, packages from Korean merchants arrive at our facilities within 2-3 days from the date of delivery so we kindly ask that you wait for 1-2 additional days for your packages to be consolidated and updated in your Agent Noona account. All the necessary information can be tracked there conveniently in one place.  

We believe that this adjustment will not only streamline the process for our customers but also enable our staff to focus on other important tasks. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation in this matter.
