Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using Agent Noona's Services
By accessing the Agent Noona platform and/or using our services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with these Terms and Conditions, please refrain from accessing and/or using this platform or our services.
1. Definitions
"Platform" refers to the Agent Noona website and any associated applications.
"Services" refers to any services provided by Agent Noona, including but not limited to consolidation services, online proxy buying services, KRW bank transfer assistance, and delivery/shipment services.
"Customer" refers to any person or entity accessing the platform and using our services.
2. Eligibility
Access to and use of password-protected and/or secure areas of the platform and/or use of our services are restricted to customers with accounts only. You may not obtain or attempt to obtain unauthorized access to such parts of the platform and/or services, or to any other protected information, through any means not intentionally made available by us for your specific use.
If you are under 18 years old, you must obtain consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s), their acceptance of these Terms and Conditions, and their agreement to take responsibility for: (i) your actions; (ii) any charges associated with your use of any of the services or purchase of products; and (iii) your acceptance and compliance with these Terms and Conditions. If you do not have consent from your parent(s) or legal guardian(s), you must stop using/accessing this platform and our services.
3. Consolidation Service

3.1 Consolidation Process The scanning and consolidation process for packages received in the warehouse typically takes one business day, or 2-3 business days during peak season, excluding non-working hours and holidays. No rush processing will be available during this period.

3.2 Consolidation Fee The consolidation fee will only be charged once a Ship Out Request has been made. Within one business day from the date of the request, the customer will receive an invoice that includes the international shipping fee via email.

3.3 Incoming Order Form Submission For every purchase made from Korean merchants, customers who use the consolidation service must submit an Incoming Order Form. If a customer fails to submit the form, Agent Noona will not charge a penalty and will proceed with the consolidation process. However, if the items are lost, Agent Noona will charge handling fees for the retrieval of the package.

3.4 Storage Fee The promotional offer allows for a free storage period of up to 60 days (usually 30 days). After this period, a daily charge of $1 will be applied. However, once all the consolidated packages have been shipped, the free storage period will be reset and will only begin once the first package has been received in the warehouse

3.5 Coverage The consolidation fees cover the following services: Free Korean Address, 60-day free storage, photos of items, repackaging fees, external damage check, and item count. Optional services such as vacuum packing, extra photo or video requests, album unboxing, and storage fees after the free storage period are not included and will incur additional charges.

3.6 Email/Push Notification Agent Noona sends a notification message to the customer each time a package has been consolidated in our warehouse.

3.7 Authenticity Issue Agent Noona cannot be held responsible if items delivered by the merchant are proven not to be authentic or counterfeit. Nevertheless, if such a circumstance arises, we can assist customers in contacting the merchant to resolve the issue.
4. Online proxy Buying Service

4.1 Buying Process After submitting the Buying Request Form, customers must pay the full invoice amount that includes both the item cost and our proxy service fee, before the proxy buying request can be processed. The invoice will be sent via email within one business day from the date of request.

4.2 Proof of Purchase & Shipment Delays Agent Noona sends customers a screenshot of the proof of purchase via email or our website chat for every successful transaction. However, it is not our obligation to provide continuous updates if there are issues such as delayed shipment due to reasons like item unavailability. It is the customer's responsibility to approach Agent Noona representatives if their order does not arrive on the expected date. Only then we will investigate the matter and provide updates accordingly.

4.3 Consolidation Process And Fees After Proxy Service When customers opt to have their orders delivered to our warehouse for consolidation, all purchases made by Agent Noona on their behalf are subject to a consolidation fee. However, if customers choose to have their orders delivered to another address within Korea or directly to their international address, no consolidation service fee will be charged.

4.4 Maximum No. of Store Checkouts As the service is still under evaluation, there is currently no limit to the number of store checkouts, and customers can enjoy this service without any additional fees.

4.5 Bunjang & Twitter Proxy Service Bunjang and Twitter Proxy Buying Services are subject to a buying service fee of 12% of the total amount, with a minimum of $10 per individual seller, as these services require additional effort and time. We no longer accept Witchform proxy services. Additionally, please note that Agent Noona cannot be held responsible for any delay or non-delivery of items by the seller. In such cases, customers must approach our representatives for further investigation.
5. KRW Bank Transfer Service

This service will only be processed once the customer submits the Remittance Form and pays the full invoice amount for KRW Bank Transfer assistance.
6. Delivery/Shipment

6.1 Processing Time for Shipment/Forwarding Request Shipment requests will undergo processing for a period of 1-2 business days and another 1 working day to arrange final shipment in the following business day once shipping payment has been made.

6.2 Liability for Damaged or Lost Items Agent Noona will not be held responsible for any damage or loss of items during transit, unless it is due to poor packaging and management. To be entitled to a refund, customers must take a video during the unboxing process from start to finish to ensure that any issues are documented.
Customers shall report any visible damages to the boxes directly to the selected courier. Agent Noona cannot be held responsible for damages that occur during the handling of boxes by the courier. Nonetheless, we will provide assistance as much as we can.
Agent Noona is not responsible for any lost or stolen packages during shipping. Once the package is handed over to the courier, any issues related to the delivery should be addressed with the courier directly.

6.4 Customs Fees, Duties, and Taxes During customs clearance, any customs fees, duties, or taxes that may be incurred are the sole responsibility of the customer. Agent Noona is not liable for any charges that may arise during this process.

6.5 Customs Clearance Issues Any delays caused by customs clearance issues are beyond Agent Noona's control and responsibility. It is important to note that customs clearance is not included in the estimated delivery time provided. However, Agent Noona will assist customers to the best that we can.

6.6 Korean shipping address use Agent Noona is not responsible for their online shopping process. This includes communication with the seller, payments and shipping address input by the client.
7. Cancellations/Refund/Exchange/Return

7.1 Cancellation Policy We have a strict no-cancellation policy for orders, but we understand that there may be circumstances where cancellation is necessary when the items are unavailable or if there has been an error in the purchasing process by our agent. However, if a customer engages in unprofessional, unacceptable, or improper behavior towards Agent Noona, we reserve the right to cancel their order. If payment has already been made, it will be refunded. Failure to agree to a refund will result in the confiscation of their items and potential claims.

7.2 Claims for Missing, Defective, or Broken Items To file a claim regarding missing, defective, or broken items, we require a supporting video that confirms the issue. This policy is in place to protect both the customer and Agent Noona from any misunderstandings or mistakes made by the courier or the Korean merchant. Without a supporting video, we cannot entertain any inquiries regarding such issues. As soon as we confirm that the items are incomplete or damaged, we will promptly address your concerns. In the event that the error was on our end, Agent Noona will cover the shipping fee for returning the damaged items and up to 50% of its value.

7.3 Return and Exchange Requests Depending on the condition of the order upon arrival, both to the customer and our address, we may choose to decline return and/or exchange requests at our discretion.

7.4 Shipping Fee for Exchanges Agent Noona will cover the shipping fee for exchanging items with valid reasons. However, we cannot be held liable for concerns regarding manufacturing defects.
8. Support
8.1 Customer Support
At Agent Noona, we strive to provide excellent service to all of our clients. However, please understand that our staff members work diligently to process each request and we may not be able to accommodate unrealistic or unjustifiable demands. We kindly ask for your patience and cooperation in allowing us to provide our services in a timely and efficient manner.
8.2 Information Verification
Agent Noona is not liable for any misunderstandings or incorrect information posted on social media platforms by customers. We advise customers to verify information and contact Agent Noona directly for any clarifications.
9. Disclaimers
9.1 Age Restriction
Individuals under the age of 18 are not permitted to use our services. It is essential that you do not use fraudulent means to obtain someone else's identification to use our services. Any falsification of documents will be subject to appropriate action.
10. Prices
All Listing Prices are subject to taxes, unless otherwise stated. We reserve the right to amend the Listing Prices at any time without giving any reason or prior notice.
11. Governing Law
Use of the Platform and/or the Services and these Terms of Use shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Philippine law. If any dispute arises in connection with these Terms of Use, the Parties shall attempt, in fair dealing and in good faith, to settle such dispute. If the Parties are not able to reach an amicable settlement pursuant to the preceding section they shall try to agree on an appropriate ADR proceeding (for example mediation, conciliation, expert determination, dispute board, adjudication). If they do not reach agreement on the appropriate ADR proceeding within 14 days after failure of the settlement negotiations or if the dispute is not settled through an ADR proceeding within a period of two months after initiation of the ADR preceding, each Party may initiate an arbitration proceeding pursuant to the following paragraph.
12. Intellectual Property
12.1 Ownership
The Intellectual Property in and to the Platform and the Materials are owned, licensed to or controlled by us, our licensors or our service providers. We reserve the right to enforce its Intellectual Property to the fullest extent of the law.
12.2 Restricted use
No part or parts of the Platform, or any Materials may be reproduced, reverse engineered, decompiled, disassembled, separated, altered, distributed, republished, displayed, broadcast, hyperlinked, mirrored, framed, transferred or transmitted in any manner or by any means or stored in an information retrieval system or installed on any servers, system or equipment without our prior written permission or that of the relevant copyright owners.
12.3 Trademarks
The Trademarks are registered and unregistered trademarks of us or third parties. Nothing on the Platform and in these Terms of Use shall be construed as granting, by implication, estoppel, or otherwise, any license or right to use (including as a meta tag or as a “hot” link to any other website) any Trademarks displayed on the Services, without our written permission or any other applicable trademark owner.
