Create an Account with Agent Noona
Getting started with Agent Noona is easy! First, create an account and make sure to fill in your complete address and social media accounts. This helps us quickly provide you with a Korean address.
After registering, please allow 1-3 days for us to issue your suite number. This suite number is your personal space in our warehouse where all your incoming packages will be stored safely. Once your suite number is ready, our team will notify you.

STEP 2
Shop Online Using

After receiving your suite number, you can now begin shopping online. Simply use the Korean address and phone number that we provided at checkout page. To access your personal Korean address, simply:
Log in to your account > Go to "My Account"
If you're unable to make the purchase on your own, you can take advantage of our Assisted Purchase Service or Buy For Me (BFM) Service, where we purchase the items on your behalf and pay in your preferred currency (KRW/USD/PHP). See our rates and form here.
Invoicing: After submitting the form for our Buy For Me (BFM) Service, our team will review your submission and prepare your invoice within 24 hours, excluding holidays and Sundays. Please note that all invoices are based on daily exchange rates for currencies other than Korean Won.
Post-purchase: Once your order is placed, please allow 2-3 business days for your items to arrive at our warehouse, and an additional 1-2 working days for your packages to be registered under your suite address.
Notifications: If you’ve used our BFM Service, you’ll receive a notification when your order arrives. However, for orders placed directly by you through online stores, we will not be able to notify you.
Package Storage: you can store your packages for up to 60 days without additional fees. After 60 days, a storage fee of 1,000 KRW per day will apply. Be sure to check our storage rates per package here.

Where can I see my packages when they arrive at your warehouse?

To view your packages, simply:
Log in to your account > Go to My Suite > Click on My Packages

Here, you can see basic arrival photos of your package, package weight, item quantity (excluding sealed items or items in pouches), tracking number, package ID, box dimensions, local shipping label, package status, and other necessary details about your package.
How long will it take for my package to be consolidated or visible in my account?

The consolidation process usually takes the same day or the following business day. However, if there are delays in delivery or if it's a peak season, the consolidation may take up to 3 days.
Will my packages be opened during the consolidation process? What if there are missing items inside my package?

Yes, we open all incoming packages as part of our consolidation process to take basic arrival photos of your package. If there are any missing items, we can provide you with a copy of the CCTV footage (uncut video) to help you file a claim with the merchant or request a refund/return. Our rate for extra services applies when you request this footage

STEP 3
Shipping: Get Your Items Delivered
When you're ready to ship your items, simply fill out our Shipping Request Form. We’ll
pack and consolidate all your items into one box. If any item requires additional packing, such
as extra bubble wrap, we may charge for the extra materials, but repacking fee is already included in
our shipping rates. No additional repacking fees per kilogram or package – it's all included!
Lead time: processing typically takes 2-3 business days. If you’re sending 30 or more packages, processing may take a little longer. Be sure to check our shipping rates for an estimate of the cost. Check our shipping rates here.

What courier do you use for shipping?

We only use FedEx as our shipping courier and do not use any other carriers as of the moment.
Do i get charged if I pay late for my shipping invoice?

You have 7 days to settle your shipping invoice. If you fail to settle your invoice within that period, it will automatically be overdue and void. A penalty of 2,000 KRW per day will be applied after the 7-day grace period and will be added to your invoice when you're ready to settle it.
Can I track my package real-time?

Yes, you can track your package in real-time from your account. Once your packages is shipped, we will provide you with a tracking number and a commercial invoice which you can use to monitor its progress until it reaches you. To track your package, simply:
Log in to your account > Click on Shipments tab > Click on Track button
